AFP-New Hampshire filed a Right to Know request calling on Governor Lynch to release all records between any/all members of the his administration and Financial Resources Mortgage Inc. (FRM) and/or their affiliates.

“The people of New Hampshire have a right to know how Governor Lynch has handled this growing scandal,” stated Corey R. Lewandowski, AFP State Director. “It is important to make all records public in order to determine what leadership, if any, the Governor has provided. The fact that the Governors administration failed to detect this massive fraud is troubling. This “state government cover-up” of an $80 million Ponzi scheme needs to be brought out in the open immediately in order to ensure transparency from our elected officials,” Lewandowski concluded.
