Phil Kerpen Discusses Energy Threats and Taxes at AFP's Summit

AFP vice president of policy, Phil Kerpen, joined AFP activists from New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania at out tri-state luncheon.

Phil discussed the latest energy threat called "hydraulic fracturing" or "fracking" -- as well looming specter of the Bush tax cuts expiring.
