Americans for Prosperity-Montana is co-sponsoring the Leadership Institute's Grassroots Activist Training School scheduled on January 28-29, 2012 at the Best Western GranTree in Bozeman. This exceptional training event is being brought to by a coalition of pro-freedom organizations including the Montana Tea Party Coalition and the Bozeman Tea Party who are who are organizing the event, and the Tea Party Patriots who are also co-sponsors. “These organizations are coming together to bring Montanans the best training possible,” said Henry Kriegel, Grassroots Coordinator for AFP-Montana. “These skills along with our passion and love of freedom will help make us an unstoppable force in support of our common principles of free markets, fiscal accountability and limited government.”
Grassroots ActivistTraining Coming to Bozeman in January
The Leadership Institute (LI), led by Morton Blackwell, a lifetime conservative activist, has been training other conservative activists for more than thirty-two years! Since their inception, LI has trained more than 100,000 conservatives to succeed in politics, government, and the media.

The two two-day training event is targeted to AFP members and supporters, Tea Party/Liberty group leader’s, candidates and candidates’ staff, as well as Central Committee members. The cost for the two-training session is just $50 and includes two meals and coffee and training materials.

Participants are encouraged to register online through LI’s website as soon as possible as seating is limited. (A print version of the registration form can be downloaded and mailed in with your check. A description of the training sessions can also be downloaded.)

At this training session, activists will:
* Further develop fundraising, communications and media skills
* Improve Get Out The Vote (GOTV) campaigning
* Meet great people and fellow patriots
“Your attending sends a powerful message,” says Scott Sales, State Director for AFP-Montana. “It says that we are serious about our work, that we are organized and are readying ourselves for 2012—the biggest battles in the political history of this nation and state.”
